Obituary of Carol E. Noble

Carol Noble was a kindhearted, generous woman who truly adored her family and would do anything for them. Her nephews affectionately called her “Aunty Nice Skin” because her face was so soft. She loved vacationing in Myrtle Beach with her late husband. She always wrote letters to her grandchildren almost every day she was away, tenderly signing them “love & peace” as she did with everything. Carol also enjoyed taking girl’s trips with her two sisters; they called themselves “The Three Musketeers.” Keeping loved ones treasured and busy with hobbies were essential to Carol. Her nickname was “Fitty” because she was constantly fidgeting about. She enjoyed playing slots, setting a limit for herself every time she went, knowing it was a positive distraction from losses in life. Much happiness came from baking such as banana bread, almond puffs, and cookies; she always counted exactly how many she gave you. Carol loved to dance at parties and even get up to dance when she could barely walk; she would stand up and dance in place and enjoy the music. Her sense of humor at times could be off-color, but she always had everyone in the room laughing because of it. She was praying quite often in between the quick-witted quips, as she was very religious and devoted to God. Carol will be remembered for her big heart and the joy she shared with her family and friends in life. Noble, Carol E. (nee Carmody) July 30, 2021 of Woodlawn, NY.
