Obituary of Isabella Sophia Phelan

Isabella Sophia Phelan, affectionately known by many as "Bella," is unlike anyone ever to walk the Earth. Her spirit, passion, and personality are unmatched. An absolute ray of sunshine and a beautiful soul, Bella touches the hearts of everyone she meets. Incredibly friendly, everyone is Bella's best friend. And if Bella's goofy antics cannot make you laugh, nothing can. Born on March 23rd, 2012, to Michael and Jamie Phelan, Bella completed the family, joining her older sister, Peyton. From then on, Bella was the boss. Bella gets her family and friends to do just about anything she wants with her charm and charisma. Having expensive taste, Papa Dave spoils her with clothes, boots, and jewelry because, in Bella's words, "He loves me, he'll get me anything." Also very close with Peyton, Bella is her number one fan, always cheering on Peyton at her softball games, and wanting to be a pitcher some day, just like her big sister. Bella also loves spending time with her grandparents, planning sleep overs at Apple Nana and Poppy-seed's house to ride the tractor and golf cart, play with her cousins, and making Poppy-seed chase her around the house, as long as she's not at the designated "safe" spot, being Apple Nana. You can also find Bella spending time with her dog, Mika; hanging out with her best friends Haley, Rylie, and Aubrey, and her cousins Nathan, Natalie, McKenzie, Cassadee, and Emily; marrying, and then divorcing her "boyfriend" Landon so they can get married again; tending to her "babies" in her daycare; making her YouTube videos; and, being the fashionista that she is, getting all dressed up in fancy dresses and applying her own make-up quite extravagantly! Bella also loves to impress her family and friends with big words, stating, "Are you surprised that I know that word?" Bella always keeps herself busy. When it comes to parties, Bella is the expert. She is a party planner through and through, always having a plan for any holiday party or get-together, making sure to have a set itinerary for all of her cousins and friends to follow - and don't forget about everyone's party favor bags before they leave the house! Holiday breakfasts are a big deal, with Christmas being her favorite at Nana and Papa Phelan's house, followed closely by Halloween. Papa Phelan's spaghetti and Nana Lori's lemon water are also frequent requests. And we certainly cannot forget the daily requests to Pizza Nana and Papa Dave for her Strawberry Acai Refresher from Starbucks, and yolky eggs with bacon and toast or farina! The biggest fan of Jojo Siwa, Bella loves her music, as well as Billy Joel and New Kids on The Block. Bella loves singing and dancing to her favorite music! A "true mom" at heart, Bella adores her baby dolls. Having probably more than 50 American Girl and Baby Alive Dolls, Bella has a name for each one and never goes anywhere without at least two babies. A self-care and spa day expert, Bella enjoys ending her days soaking in the tub before drifting easily off to sleep with her favorite blanket, "Pink," lovingly referred to as "Wink" by most of the family. Watching TV shows with Mommy and Daddy are a favorite night time activity, shows like "Supernatural," "Schitt's Creek," "The Goldberg's," "The Golden Girls," "Young Sheldon," "The Neighborhood," and "Sulfur Springs." Bella also enjoys being outside, camping, spending time at the beach, having bonfires, swimming, golfing, watching the Buffalo Bills, or zipping around on her Go-Kart. Bella is a one-of-a-kind girl with a loving heart. She creates a vibrant presence that can light up an entire room, leaving all who know her even brighter.
