Obituary of William E. Myers
Bill was a man who was always on the go. He never liked to sit still despite having both knees replaced. If there was something to do or someone to help, he would get up and go. He was always helping his family with repairs or helping his wife Beverly caring for her aged parents. Bill met Beverly at Super Duper in Blasdell, NY, where he worked for 40+ years. The loving pair was married June 9th, 1995 and were just shy of 25 wonderful years together. Being as active as he was, Bill had a lot of hobbies. He loved gardening and could be found tending to his two ponds and numerous gardens in his yard. The yard was filled with bird houses that he would make himself. Bill’s woodworking skills also allowed him to make rocking chairs and horses for his grandchildren and refinish furniture. While helping and spending time with his family he also loved the cats they had adopted from the feral community. Bill also took pride in his 2 large koi and goldfish. Bill loved his classic 1965 Oldsmobile Convertible that he had since 1985. Bill will be remembered as a loving husband, father, stepdad, and grandfather.
