Dennis  was a family man that loved the great outdoors and his country. He worked for the National Security Agency as a Senior Executive in the years of 1966-2000, where he was ranked a 2 star general equivalent civilian. In the years of 1970-1973, he also joined the Navy. Known by his family and friends, as an over achiever, a great athlete, and having a loyal following.

Dennis also took pride in his Italian heritage. While traveling to Italy more than a handful of times, he learned to speak Italian, and sailed around Croatia and Sicily. His love for pasta and “the art of argument and debate” were some of Dennis’s favorites. Along with many talents, he wrote speeches for many at NSA infused with his funny personality and great stories.

As Dennis reached retirement, he became an independent contractor for Booz Allen Hamilton and then Cyberpoint, a company started by one of the many people Dennis mentored.  Investing was Dennis’s full time hobby after retirement. In 2017, he was honored for his contributions to NSA for cyber security at the National Cryptologic Museum, giving reason for his nickname “The cyber security pioneer”

Dennis will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
