Obituary of Onalee May Carrow
Onalee was a woman who was always interested in learning more about people and making friends. She was an absolute bookworm and could usually be seen reading mysteries or love stories. Some of her favorite authors were Nora Roberts and Nicholas Sparks. She also loved to travel, around the United States and around the world! She’s been to Florida, Nevada, Minnesota, Bermuda, and Italy! She’d actually been to Italy a few times, and she adored the town of Assisi. Despite loving traveling, she was Buffalo Bills fan through and through.
Onalee had a great deal of love for her family and faith in God. She met her beloved husband, Howard, on a blind date, and together they built their family. They were blessed with 7 children, 14 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren! She worked hard for her family, and she spent 25 years working at a group home for the disabled until she was 90 years old! Onalee had a strong faith, and some of her favorite music was religious. She was a very involved member of St. Mary of the Lake Church.
