Ann Marie was a vibrant woman with the determination to get whatever she strived for. When she made an aspiration for herself, Ann Marie would work tenaciously to make her dream come to fruition. Once, after deciding that she wanted to meet Oprah, Ann Marie traveled to be in the live studio audience for her talk show. At the show, she went against protocol and walked onto stage where Oprah welcomed her with a hug! She was also a contestant on Wheel of Fortune. Ann Marie’s heart belonged by the water, especially where she could see dolphins. She made the decision to live in Hawaii until she moved back home to her self-proclaimed million-dollar view in North Boston.
Ann Marie’s vivacious personality naturally drew people to her and she was elated when she got to see her friends. One of her favorite ways to spend summer nights was hosting bonfires at her house. More than anything, Ann Marie adored her twin boys, Jake and Zach. Whenever she saw someone, whether they were old friends or complete strangers, Ann Marie paid them a compliment. She had a knack for making people feel proud about themselves just for being them.
