Lucille was an incredibly friendly woman with a warm demeanor. Though she was fairly reserved and quiet, she was always very sweet when she opened up. She enjoyed shopping, and she found that walking around the mall was a lovely way to pass the time. She even liked food shopping. Her house always had the best snacks, and she’d make tea, homemade cheesecake, and potato salad for the people who came over.
Family was the most important thing to Lucille. She was blessed with a very close-knit family, and she loved her daughters and grandsons as much as they loved her. Every Saturday, the whole family would get together and order food, and then altogether they would paint each other’s nails. For her grandsons, she would sing the classic song, “You Are My Sunshine” whenever she could. Please take a song sheet to remember how the power of music can bring us closer to together, and how it can always remind us of Lucille’s love.
