Obituary of Margaret Dabich
Margaret was a very kind woman with a large and open heart. She was incredibly faithful, and she made sure to raise her children with the Catholic values of love and family that Margaret herself was raised with. She was born at home as one of ten children, in a small coal miner town in West Virginia, so she truly knew the importance of family. She was also a food server at Union Pleasant Elementary School, which she absolutely loved. The kids adored her, and she always tried to give a little extra to them.
In her free time, Margaret had lots of different activities that kept her day full and interesting. When the weather was nice, she enjoyed having picnics on the beach with ice cream. For colder days, she would crochet afghan blankets to keep everyone warm. However, she was most well-known for her garden. Margaret’s yard was immaculate, and she personally tended to it until she was 89 years old. She grew veggies like cucumbers and tomatoes, but her absolute favorite thing to grow was her roses. Please take a rose to remember Margaret’s love, and how her vibrant personality always bloomed in your heart.
