Obituary of Anne Rath

Anne was the life of every party she’s ever been to. She knew how to work a room easily, and she had a magnetic energy that people flocked to. It also helped that she remembered everything about the people that she met, so she always had good conversation. Anne loved to travel, especially if she got to see her children and grandchildren. She’s been to Ecuador, Geneva, Ireland, Hawaii, and many other fantastic destinations. One of her favorite ways to spend her time, however, was at Dinner Club with her dear friends. The girls had known each other since they were in grade school, and they grew up together in the same neighborhood.

Anne was the epitome of class, and of humor! There were three words that best described her best: funny, fun and stunning. She loved to keep her mind sharp, so she would do a lot of word games, like crosswords, and she enjoyed reading Agatha Christe murder mysteries. Perhaps one of the most amusing things about Anne was her peculiar diet. On average, her food for the day was Pepsi, tuna fish, and gumdrops. She even kept marshmallow Peeps and gumdrops next to her bed! Please take a bag of gumdrops to remember Anne’s love, and how she could always bring a little extra sweetness into your life.
