Obituary of Madonna Tomasulo
Madonna was a positive woman who always made sure to put others first. As a Catholic, she truly understood the importance of taking care of her family, her friends, and her community. She even made it her career, working as a nurse for 10 years. She raised 3 amazing children, and when they had their own kids, she took care of them as well before they started with school. Madonna was incredibly family oriented, and she enjoyed hosting all the family gatherings on holidays, especially when it meant that she was cooking. She would make chicken parmesan, spaghetti, and twice baked potatoes for her family to enjoy.
During the cold winter months when she had to stay inside, Madonna would crochet just about anything she could think of. She spent a lot of her time making booties and blankets for babies at Roswell. When the weather got warmer, Madonna could almost always be found swimming, and while the beach was certainly a treat, she adored her swimming pool. While outside, she also quickly realized that she had what would be called a “Black Thumb,” as nothing she planted ever seemed to grow. So instead, Madonna’s garden was covered in statues, flamingos, and pinwheels. Please take a pinwheel to always remember Madonna’s dedication to others, and how her love never failed to blow you away.
