Obituary of Peggy Egan
Peggy was a kind woman who loved being able to bring her family together. She was an incredibly talented cook and hostess, making lasagna, banana cream pies, and cheesecake for everyone. For the kids, she would bake and design the coolest cakes, like a rocket ship or Snoopy from the Peanuts laying on his house. Peggy positively hated cell phones, especially when used at the dinner table, as they interrupted essential family time that she cherished so much.
As young girl, Peggy loved going to Crystal Beach, on the Canadian side of Lake Erie. Crystal Beach was a large amusement park that was the originator of classic treats such as Loganberry, sugar waffles, and Hall’s Gourmet suckers. When she grew up, her passions became artistic. She enjoyed painting, drawing, needlepoint, and sewing, even making each of her son’s a Christmas Tree skirt. Everything that Peggy made always turned out incredibly professional, and her creations were proudly displayed by her family. Please take a paintbrush to always remember Peggy, and how she could color your heart with her love.
