David Blaser was dedicated to his faith as a long-time parishioner of St. John Paul II Parish. There, he helped teach in their religious education program and served as an usher. His church was one of the most important things for him, and he enjoyed being able to give back to the religious community that gave him so much. He was known to his fellow parishioners as a warm and caring man. David dedicated over thirty-two years to Fisher-Price, where he worked as a tool designer. Every toy that he worked on during his time there, he brought one home to add to his collection. He took great pride in his work and providing happiness to kids. When his children, Wendy and David were younger, he devoted time to coaching their soccer teams. In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking projects, flower gardening, science fiction and taking care of his goldfish ponds and tropical fish aquariums. He loved spending time with his wife, Donna, and their kids and grandkids. He will truly be missed by his friends and family. Blaser, David W. of Derby, NY on June 10, 2020.
