Kenneth served aboard the USS Dyess and was a MM3 rank in the United States Navy from 1965-1970. During his service he was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal and the National Medal of Defense.
Kenneth met his wife Patricia at Verizon in 1976 and then married in 1978. They would have been married 41 years this year. Kenneth had three children, Kenneth, Tracey and Jeffrey, whom Patricia loved and raised as her own. Kenneth and Patricia loved to sail and had a 36-foot boat. They were members of the Buffalo Harbor Museum and the Tuscarora Yacht Club. Kenneth spent many years as a Union rep at CWA 1115/1122. He also was a member of Legion Post 8113 also called the Chicken Coop and the Buffalo Revolver and Rifle Club. When they weren’t at one of the clubs or out on the water sailing, Kenneth and Patricia were snowbirds and left the cold Buffalo winters to head south were they had a vacation home. Kenneth loved to read, and you would often find him reading anything about history or something nautical in nature. He also loved to listen to music with some of his favorite bands being The Eagles, Moodie Blues and Pink Floyd. Kenneth will be dearly missed by his family friends and loved ones.
