Joan was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and friend. She was very close to her mother, and took care of her for nearly 30 years. After her mother’s passing, Joan knew that the best way to honor her mother’s memory was to enjoy life and not let her grief get the best of her. She began traveling, and especially enjoyed her regular trips to Puerto Rico. Joan was a lover of antiques and of the theatrical arts, especially ballet and opera. She enjoyed singing herself.
Joan was very well known for her baking skills. She had a fantastic talent for wedding cakes, but her husband, Armand, adored her Rainbow Cookies. Please take a cooking spoon to remember how Joan was able to bring a spoonful of love into your life.
