Edwin was an independent man with a bit of a stubborn streak. When it came to technology, he would tinker with TVs to see if he could fix them, even though it usually ended in Edwin destroying them. But he always liked to do things himself. Even as he got older, he would carry 300lb transformers up ladders. Edwin had the great luck to meet the love of his life, Alice, in his childhood. He was extremely devoted to her, and did his best to see her every day he possibly could. Together, they raised their 5 boys to have the same insatiable curiosity for the world that Edwin himself held. He loved to tell the boys vivid stories about his life, but always kept the bad parts to himself.
Having grown up on the St. Lawrence, Edwin had a great love for the water. When he was young, he worked on some ships, a lot of rowboats, and a few ferry docks. He loved to fish whenever able, and found happiness whenever he watched the sun set over the waves.
