Obituary of Warren Fleckenstein
Warren was a kind and selfless man. He was very dedicated to his family, and spent as much time with them as he could. Even when he only had one day off every two weeks, he made sure that one day was spent doing something fun with his family. He was a dog lover, and treated his pup, Charlie, as one of the family. Anyone who knew him knew his sense of humor. He had a quick wit and often had a joke ready. He once drove to Springville for equipment and came back with a new car. When asked why, he said the other one needed an oil change.
Warren retired at 55, but kept himself busy with his many hobbies. He was very involved with the Faith United Church of Christ, and also volunteered with the fire department. He enjoyed woodworking, camping, cheap restaurants, and fishing in West Valley. He took many RV trips around the country with his family, visiting Mt. Rushmore and any other historical site he could find. He loved Civil War history. He was a pilot hobbyist, and shared a love of motorcycles with his eldest son.
